We want you to love your Urban Revivo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
